The author is dismayed at the very small proportion allocated to ORT-OSE. States that Mrs Kn. expects a larger share to go to ORT-OSE depending on the situation at the time of funds distribution. The author offers to negotiate a better distribution percentage and is confident of obtaining better results in person rather than negotiating by post between Paris and Geneva.
