| Extent: | Collected by David Klementinowski, who worked for ORT during and after the war, especially with the agricultural schools in La Roche and Lot et Garonne region. He continued to work for ORT France in the post-war years before moving to the USA. The records were inherited by his son and then his grandson, Newt Klements, the depositor. |
| Description: | Papers and correspondence (mostly handwritten post cards) and photographs relating to David Klementinowski's time with ORT in France, his immigration to the USA and his son's Joseph. Including historic print 'anniversary card' celebrating parents 30th wedding annivesary. David Klementinowksi was Secretary of ORT Germany in the 1930s before emigrating to France, where he worked for ORT during and after the war, especially with the agricultural schools in La Roche and Lot et Garonne region. |
